From a file to a finished part
We choose resin printing when conventional filament printing cannot provide sufficiently fine detail. It enables crisp edges, small lettering, textures and smooth surfaces in small and medium-sized models.
Every print is washed and UV cured after production. We can remove supports, carry out basic sanding and prepare the surface for painting when agreed.

What we can make
The process is suited to collectible miniatures, figures, concept models, jewellery prototypes, precision enclosures, decorative parts and presentation pieces. It also works for masters, mould-related models and designs intended to demonstrate a product's final appearance.
Before production, identify the most important visible surfaces. This lets us place supports so that marks remain in the least noticeable areas.
Technology
A method matched to the purpose
We use resins selected for the expected surface quality and model purpose. Standard resin reproduces detail well, while engineering variants may offer greater mechanical or thermal resistance or flexibility. Selection depends on whether the model is for display, assembly or further finishing.
Resin printing requires supports followed by washing and curing. Model orientation affects surface quality, accuracy and production time, so it is prepared individually for each part.
Process
Clear stages, no guesswork
1. Send the file with target size, quantity and intended use.
2. We check minimum wall thickness, watertight geometry and support areas.
3. We agree resin type, finish and price.
4. We print, wash and cure the model.
5. We remove supports and carry out the agreed finishing.
Hollow models are prepared with drain holes to allow proper internal washing and reduce material use.

What affects the price
Cost depends on model volume and height, support quantity, resin type, number of pieces and expected finish. Very fine features may need added thickness, while large solids are often best hollowed or divided into parts.
For a quick quote, attach the file, target size, quantity and whether the model should only be cleaned or also prepared for painting. A test piece can be made before a larger run.

When is resin printing the right choice?
When fine detail, small lettering, a smooth surface and a precise appearance are the main priorities.
Is the print ready for painting?
The standard model is washed and cured. Support removal, sanding and paint preparation are agreed separately in the quote.
Can resin be used for a functional part?
It depends on the load. Engineering resins are available, but we need to understand how the part will work before choosing one.
Can you print a large figure?
Yes. A larger model can be hollowed and divided into parts. We agree joining methods and visible split lines before production.
How should I prepare a model for a quote?
Send the file, target height or dimensions, quantity and information about the expected finish.
